    Dear sir,

I got licensed in pharmacy practice  and read several financial books.  I believe in both business and government.   I am tired of corporate politics in Marion County Florida state and federal.  I ran to do something about it in ocala twice.  Once for state Rep and once for city council at large  in Ocala,  Florida. I saw your positions on progressive issues on cspan and I thought I would take a moment to share mine

    1. I have worked long hours to study the issues in Florid and someone needs to run on including my issues.

    2. Substantial  gain known as gainful activity work transition to SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY MONTHLY PAYMENTS SHOULD BE CHANGED to 18 MONTHS UNLIMITED WORK INCOME plus social security disability monthly payment till 100,000.  If you can not work should get an increase in social security disability monthly payment. Thank you contact your rep or senator.

This proposal would do several things.

    1. Generate revenue for the us government for domestic needs and national defense.

    2. Help maintain the medicare, medicaid, social security trust funds.

    3. Provide employment income for older workers ect.

    4. Provide for an increase business sales though increase in business sales through increase consumption

    5. Help provide for medical savings accounts

    3. I have instructed social security. Gov to forward USCA GAINFUL ACTIVITY MODIFICATION TO MY OFFICE AS ASAP.

    4. Why improvement to ADA IS NEEDED.

    5. The current formula unfairly limits the number of hours an older worker can work.ADA gainful activity modification needed.

    6. Unfairly limits older workers gross income.

    7. Unfairly prevents overtime pay.

    8. I would also like to hear other floridians views.

    9. Dana Harshman Rph docdana444@aol.com voice mail Leave a message Thank you 352 299 3134 Florida wants to work.

    10. Protection of overtime

    11. Protection of ununemployment compensation

    12. Oppose discrimination and retaliation based on age filing a charge. From researching Many ADEA CASES FEDERAL PROTECTIONS ON THIS ISSUE NEEDS EXPANDEDSPECIFICALLY USCA 29 621.  THANK YOU.

    13. ASKING FOR HELP IN BUSY PHARMACIES. OR ANY DIFFICULT WORK CONDITIONS.

    14. FORCED TO WORK OVERTIME OR PAYMENTS OF OVERTIME.

    15. WORKERS TRYING TO COMPLY WITH WORK PLACE REGULATIONS AND THEN BEING INTERFERED BY EMPLOYERS

I would like to get more involved in the Duval Democratic party and help get more Dems elected in 2018. Is the General Meeting on 10/25 open to new members? I am available to attend if so. Thank you.

(sorry, this is the second time I’ve sent this inquiry because I just now discovered my recently-created account may not have been properly activated, though it should be now).

Hello, my name is Brian Ingle and I’d like to know if you can provide me with a list of all Soros’ OSF-funded affiliate offices that are located in Jacksonville, Florida, if there are any. I’m especially interested in those which focus primarily on income inequality and/or related economic issues, though I’d still like a full list of all (i.e., any group that helps counter voter suppression). I’m asking because I’d like to apply for work with one or more in that area. Thanks in advance for your time and reply.

all jacksonville democratic party officers— is there room for any democratic party members who are not precinct committeemen? i’d like to participate, but have received no information about meetings nor any invitation to participate, while i receive notices and invites from indivisable, meetup, and other active groups organizing for 2018 and beyond. what the hell are we doing? if new leaders emerge from these groups, what party will they represent? what connection will they have with my party?

I have tried various avenues, and I still have not managed to get access to VAN. I have been given multiple names of who to contact but no means of actually contacting them. I am a newly inducted committeewoman, and I am running for office in 2018. Any specific information on how I can access VAN would be greatly appreciated.

I have ideas I want to share with you.

    Will you listen?

An interesting link to show the success of the 2012 campaign. How do you think you could mirror this success to ensure more democrats are being reached? How can we ensure they are going out to vote?

We don’t need the anger, we need to be methodical. Obama ran two very different campaigns that involved “micro-listening” and a multitude of methods to reach the voters in the ways that they hear and be involved. It wasn’t a task, it was an honor.

We need to get them registered to vote.

We need to get them listening.

We need to get them active.

Are you willing to do whatever it takes?

Then these Republican politcians have been told what needs to be done in the retail pharmaceutical field and they have done nothing but complain about pharmacists. They cut medicare by 270 BILLION,  they won’t expand Medicaid for the patient and they have discriminated against pharmacists for years Rep Ted yoho must go.And while democrats get rid of Republicans from ocala florida get rid of  Government Scott.

I wanted to sign up to be a precinct committee person, but, by the time I got there (on time) all of the applications were gone. And, I don’t see any forms on this website. How do I sign up?

I also attended the meeting on Jan. 31st and I am afraid that we lost a lot of interest in the party at that meeting .It is a shame. We could have done so much better. I like Jared Varon’s ideas. Can implement some or all of those? I am not giving up. We need to do better and try harder when we have so many people show up ready to act. There was a lot of wasted potential there.

I was at the meeting on Jan. 31st, as well. I was disappointed there was no action items. We need to be making a clear plan to turn Jacksonville blue in 2018. I spoke with Nicholas J. Pellito today and asked him about this lack of clear vision. He assures me that as a party we are working on it. How can I help? What can we do?

I was one of the hundreds that attended the disaster of a meeting on January 31. You managed to squander a wonderful opportunity to get people involved. But instead of discussing much-needed action items and engaging with the crowded room, you (the DEC board and current members) bickered about parliamentary procedure?! Ridiculous!

    Ms. Gibson, you should:

    1) Send an apology email to every person that signed the register and gave their email address

    2) Call an emergency board meeting with the elected board members, talk about what went wrong, and fix it for the next gathering.

    3) Publish, and constantly update action-items that you need people to help with. Example: The city council votes on the HRO on February 14th, and NOBODY TALKED ABOUT IT until one guy mentioned it for 3 seconds in the chaos at the end. You missed a golden opportunity to organize the protest, tell people what they can do to make the council vote YES.

    4) Start having gatherings that are NOT MEETINGS. Instead, have a gathering where representatives from all the sub-groups and/or precinct captains are there to recruit new members and actually begin to organize them. Have tables set up with signs on them that say “Mandarin”, “Riverside”, “DWIN”, “Young Democrats”, etc. and have actual people at those tables that can answer questions and sign people up.

    5) At the meetings, have each of the subgroups present a report, so everyone knows what’s efforts are being made to help Democratic causes in Jacksonville.

I’m so disappointed. I would like to get involved in DEC, but not like that.

It was a complete waste of my time.

I attended my first meeting last night and was appalled. There was a complete lack of order, respect, and efficiency. It should have been expected that this meeting would turn out a large number of previously un-involved local democrats looking for ways to make a difference in the future of Duval County. Instead of being met with information and calls to action, we were met with infighting and disrespect both from members and the leadership. I have long wondered why democrats have such a hard time being elected in Duval County. Last night answered that question for me. I am so disappointed in my local party and will be looking for other groups to join and support.

Do you have any interest in hosting a fundraiser (or party) sometime in October, Roy Zimmerman will be coming through Florida. Look him up on youtube. He’s in incredibly talented political satirist and musician, and he’s on our side. Let me know ASAP if you have any interest. (Also, let me know if you don’t, or if you want more info.)
